250g Squid, sliced
Any other seafood you like
4 Tomatoes, roughly chopped
1/2 Onion, sliced
4 Cloves Garlic, sliced
250ml Dry White Wine
30ml White Wine Vinegar
2 Chili Peppers
1 Bunch Parsley
Heat 50ml of olive oil in the bottom of a large pot over medium heat.
Sautée 1/2 a sliced onion, 4 cloves of sliced garlic, 2 sliced chili peppers, and half a bunch of chopped Italian parsley until fragrant.
Add 250g of squid that's been sliced into small pieces, and sautée for color.
Rougly chop 4 tomatoes and stir them into the pot.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes you should have a rough sauce forming. Add shrimp, clams, or any other seafood you like, being sure to mix well.
Pour in 30ml white wine vinegar, and 250ml dry white wine, and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer again until the shrimp turns red and the clams open wide.
Serve over creamy polenta.
